|
You are responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with your purchase.
|
Prices shown on the PC Canada's site do not include shipping and handling or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. Nonetheless, if the price drops before shipment and you notify PC Canada of the lower price before the product is shipped, in which case (and in that case only) the price charged will be the lower price.

When products are shipped to you by common carrier, PC Canada's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. All items are covered by their own manufacturer warranty. PC Canada is a Canadian-based broker of computer, computer-related and consumer electronic equipment. PC Canada purchases the products on your behalf from the Canadian distributor or vendor for fast delivery to the end-user. For this reason, all requests for returns or exchanges must be approved by the distributor or vendor of the product this process can take from 3-5 business days. Restocking Fees of 25% will be charged on orders that are cancelled before the estimated shipping or availability date as posted on this website. The majority of products offered for sale on PC Canada's website are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons of Customer Dissatisfaction or because they were Ordered In Error unless the return or exchange is authorized by the Manufacturer of the product and the Canadian Distributor agrees to accept the return or exchange. In all cases a restocking fee will apply. Please carefully choose the products you are ordering. We offer direct links to manufacturers websites allowing our customers to properly research their purchase before placing an order. Manufacturers Warranty Only applies to all items.
Eligible returns and exchanges will only be considered within 7 days from the original invoice date. No warranty for physical damage, software or virus. All goods remain the property of PC Canada until paid in full. In no event shall the seller be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages such as loss of profit or business opportunities, and in no event shall seller's liability exceed the purchase price of the product(s). All requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated online at the following website link: https://www.pccanada.com/shop/rma.asp. Failure to do so will result in refunds either not being issued at all or a 5%-25% restocking fee.
The Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to the manufacturer's service center. Products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by PC Canada, are not covered by this warranty. Any alterations, addition, improvements or attachments to the product(s) not authorized in writing by the PC Canada shall be deemed to be a waiver of this warranty by Buyer and shall render this warranty null and void.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PC CANADA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OG MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL PC CANADA BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL PC Canada LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).
