1. What is the address for the warehouse for pickups?
We do not provide this information prior to ordering for two reasons. First, because we are dealing with warehouses and not stores, we usually do not know which warehouse you will be picking up from until after the order is completed. This is because not all warehouses carry the same products and there may not be stock at all warehouses. Secondly, for their security. They don't exactly want the addresses posted openly. We have categorized all pickup warehouses as Richmond, BC or Markham, ON. Once an order is confirmed, an email indicating the address to pickup and the pickup number will be provided.
2. Do you ship Internationally?
We are sorry, however, we do not ship outside of Canada and we do not allow for pickups bound for outside of Canada.
3. What are the shipping charges?
We currently do not charge for shipping on orders over $500.00 before taxes to all Canadian provinces from your local or default warehouse (warehouse closest to your destination). We do offer shipping from alternative warehouses and AIR shipping for a reasonable rate. To determine the charge, place the items you are looking to ship in your shopping cart and click the ’My Cart’ icon.
4. Do you have a Retail Store?
Since we are now a broker, we have become an Online only company. This means we do not have ''Retail'' stores or ''Physical'' stores to purchase items from. However, we do have a ''pick up'' policy as we have negotiated with a few of the warehouses we use to allow for our customers to pickup directly. There are a few requirements though; the order must be prepaid and if paying by credit card, the cardholder and card must be present at the time of pickup.
5. What is the ETA date or stock level of an item?
All the items on our site have it's own product page which, everytime it is loaded, obtains the most up-to-date stock level and Estimated Time of Arrival. It is always the most up-to-date information.
