PREMIER COMPUTER CANADA TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPUTER PURCHASES
REFUND POLICY
Premier Computer Canada offers a *7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you are not satisfied with your computer
purchase, under the following conditions: merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase will be accepted for a refund,
store credit or exchange, provided the item is clean and complete in the original package. Original bill of sale (and credit
card, if applicable) must be presented with a returned product. Premier Computer Canada is not responsible for replacing
lost or stolen bill of sales. A 48 hour waiting period is required for refunds over $250.00 to be processed if payment was
by cash, and 10 days is required if payment was by cheque.
* EXCEPTIONS: Note that software and books are not refundable due to Canadian copyright laws. THE $100
CONFIGURATION DEPOSIT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE PORTION OF YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM PURCASE since
it represents the cost of building the computer system. Consumables (i.e. ribbons,toners, etc.) are not returnable
if opened. Special Orders & Retail Product are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The 2% for Credit Cards is also non-refundable.
WARRANTY
PREMIER COMPUTER CANADA WARRANTIES ITS COMPUTERS FOR THE FULL TERM INDICATED ON THE INVOICE.
- Premier Computer Canada warrants that the computer system sold will be free of defects for the warranty period from the
date of purchase. In the event of defects in the material/workmanship during the warranty period, Premier Computer Canada
at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product when the defective product is returned to Premier Computer
Canada by the owner. This warranty covers the central processing unit (CPU), main system board, hard drive, power supply,
memory, video adapter, internal modem, network adapter, soundcard, floppy, and ROM Drives.
- Add-on items such as monitors, printers & all external peripheral devices including, but not exclusive to speakers,
external modems, keyboards and mice carry the warranty provided by their respective equipment manufacturers.
- Should your Premier Computer Canada computer system prove to be defective during the warranty period, please bring
the product securely packaged in its original container, with the original invoice to the location where purchased. Premier
Computer Canada will repair or replace the defective part once the manufacturer returns the repaired or replaced part.
- Within the first 7 days, Premier Computer Canada will replace any defective component (purchased from and installed by
Premier Computer Canada) from inventory for customers if such components is available, to minimize inconvenience.
- Premier Computer Canada warranty covers only normal consumer use. Premier Computer Canada is not responsible for
warranty service should the serial numbers be removed, should the product not be maintained properly or fail to function
properly as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, overclocking, or due to service
work by someone other than Premier Computer Canada. If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service,
you will be held responsible for costs incurred.
- Virus removal/detection is not the responsibility of Premier Computer Canada and is subject to service charges.
- MS Windows and/or other software support is not the responsibility of Premier Computer Canada and is only provided by
the software manufacturer. Labour charges may be applied to any problems that are determined to be software related.
- Postage, insurance, travel, or shipping costs incurred in presenting your Premier Computer Canada product for warranty
service are the customer's responsibility.
- With respect to the use of this product, in no event shall Premier Computer Canada be liable for any loss of profit or any
commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
