Article 1. Eligibility - This classifieds site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an item.
People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible due to security precautions that can result. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these classifieds services.
Article 2. Premier Computer Canada is only providing classified services - We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet classifieds.
We do not have control over the items that are posted in the classifieds site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers
take, before, during, and after the classified is posted. For example typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this site. Use
of this site is at your own risk, and contents are presented 'As-Is'.
Article 3. Posting Items - As a user, you are welcome to post items up for sale in the Premier Computer Canada Free Classifieds Site. We do have restrictions on what items you may
sell, and what you may not sell. You may not sell illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, adult videos, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Items
that are posted are subject to be reviewed by the staff of Premier Computer Canada, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation with the User Agreement.
Article 4. Charges - Posting an item up for classifieds are free on this server. Do not abuse this privilege.
Article 5. Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have be able to contact you on your classified. Personal information is not sold or rented, without your
permission.
Article 6. Warranty - Premier Computer Canada provides this website with a 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. Premier Computer Canada is not liable for any
damages resulting from a classifieds ad, or your visit to the site.
Article 7. Private Sales ONLY - This site is intended to help private individuals to sell their extras and is not for commercial use. Commercial posts will be allowed in ONLY the
following categories: Wanted To Buy &, Services. Posts in any other category will be removed.
Article 8. This Is Not A Forum - In your Classified, it is forbidden to mention Premier Computer Canada as a price reference or to link to any part of pccanada.com.
